ADESK-125

Added an error message warning when saving a service procedure in the procedure editor. The user is warned that a Service Desk sub-procedure cannot be saved to a Shared cabinet, only to a folder underneath the Shared cabinet.

Error text has been added to a window if you attempt to group update several tickets and one or more of those tickets are closed.

Custom field IDs in Service Desk now accept dashes and underscore characters.
