Rich text editing is no longer supported for all custom fields on the System > Orgs > Manage > Custom Fields tab except for the "Notes" custom field. Except for the "Notes" field, custom fields that have rich text formatting in them will be stripped of their rich text formatting the next time the custom field is saved by a VSA user. This enables plain text custom fields to be used more reliably in Service Desk procedures and Agent Procedures.

The updated Agent and Kaseya Remote Control provides an easier install process and is available to remote control within 30 seconds of check-in. If necessary, the Agent can be silently removed, from the VSA, after the remote session is complete.

Standalone KNM 4.1/5.0 instances integrated with Service Desk that use a different desk than the default desk definition will not be integrated with Network Monitor 7.0 after the upgrade.
