Removed or Deprecated Features

Removed or Deprecated Features in v7.0.0.0 - 31 May 2014

System

PA-594

Rich text editing is no longer supported for all custom fields on the System > Orgs > Manage > Custom Fields tab except for the "Notes" custom field. Except for the "Notes" field, custom fields that have rich text formatting in them will be stripped of their rich text formatting the next time the custom field is saved by a VSA user. This enables plain text custom fields to be used more reliably in Service Desk procedures and Agent Procedures.

Remote Control Technologies - x11VNC, tightVNC, WinVNC, RDP, PC Anywhere, RAdmin have all been removed in 7.0.
