You can sync your assets to BMS. You can push your traverse device as assets into BMS.
1. Sync Asset Information
Hostname, Serial, IP, Vendor, Model, Type, Software Version and Config Backup Status
Sync without duplication
Detects partial changes such as software version changes and reflects them in BMS.
Devices removed from Traverse marked inactive in BMS.
2.Add two-way sync (reflect BMS actions in Traverse) support to support following user actions:
Reflects BMS ticket status in Traverse ticket (example, BMS closure results in Traverse suspension)
3.Intelligent Event Handling
Events that occur multiple times ('flapping' - identical device, event definition and communication channel) within a certain period within Traverse will:
Continue to reflect the Traverse ticket status in BMS
4.Support for explicit Traverse Organization to BMS Account mapping
List all existing Traverse Organizations
Each Department has a drop down
Default selection is created account in BMS
Secondary selection is to ‘Take no action’
Third+ selections is populated with Accounts within BMS instance

5.Increase the visibility of the integration’s health
Generate alert if integration begins to fail. (heartbeat).
Additional logging to reflect general health of integration and changes to configuration.
