SW Licenses

The SW Licences page displays all software licenses found for a selected machine ID. The list of machine IDs you can choose from on this page depends on the Machine ID / Group ID filter and machine groups the administrator is authorized to see using System > Group Access.

Information shown on this page is collected when a Latest Audit is performed. Each vendor stores an application's license key differently so all application software licenses may not be collected. The VSA displays duplicate license keys found on more than one machine in red text.

Publisher

The software publisher of the application (e.g. Microsoft).

Title

The name of the application.

Product Key

The product key used to activate the application during installation.

License

The license code associated with the application.

Version

The version of the application.

Date

The version release date.
