Customer - Customer Info - Secured Data tab

Service Billing > Customers > Customer Info > Secured Data tab

Use the Secured Data tab to store data that remains encrypted in the database. For example, you could store the password necessary to connect to a customer's remote website.

Note: Notes entered here are the same notes displayed in Secured Data in Service Desk.
