Service Desk Reports
The following Service Desk reports are created using Info Center > Reports.
- Service Desk - Tickets - Displays Service Desk ticket summary information and ticket details.
- Service Desk - Service Goals - Displays summary information and ticket details related to meeting Service Desk goals.
- Service Desk - Service Hours - Displays summary information and ticket details related to Service Desk hours worked.
- Service Desk - Service Times - Shows how many tickets have been created, closed, resolved, past due within fixed time buckets.
- Service Desk - Service Volumes - Shows the number of tickets in each month that belong to each possible value in a specified ticket column.
