Clicking the Command icon 
for a device in the device list displays the Command Status window. This window shows the status of commands sent to a device.
- The command is pending. The agent has not checked-in to retrieve it.
- The agent is processing the command.
- The operation is complete.
- Command failed.
Use the Mark Complete option to manually set one or more commands to complete .
