Agents audit the hardware and software configurations of their managed machines on a recurring basis. Agents report the information back to the Kaseya Server so you can access it using the VSA even when managed machines are powered down. The system maintains three types of audits for each machine ID:
The VSA detects changes in a machine's configuration by comparing the latest audit to the baseline audit. The Kaseya REST API provides both a summary audit record (single level) and a detailed audit record (multi-level).
