ADESK-961

The GetIncidentList2Request and GetIncidentListRequest in the SD API now have a parameter that you can pass called ReturnDescription. It is a boolean (true or false) field.

Bug Fixes

ADESK-1011

Fixed a scroll issue when attempting to select an external customer record in Service Billing.

ADESK-922

A system error no longer displays on the Service Billing > Customers > Select Customer > Edit > Customer Info page when the language is not English.

In email notifications, you can now click a link to display an attachment referenced by a custom field using the RichText datatype.

Editing a ticket using the Go To option assigns the user to the ticket if the ticket is assigned to a pool and the user is a member of that pool. This behavior is consistent with selecting a ticket for editing from the ticket table.

Clicking a Service Desk ticket link on the Monitoring > Alarm Summary page now correctly displays the Service Desk ticket.
