A new 'Open Ticket in VSA Service Desk' action item has been added to Traverse. Selecting this option creates a new Service Desk ticket in a specified VSA.

Integration between Traverse and the VSA Service Desk module can now be enabled and disabled using the Superuser > Global Config > Web Application page. Enabling requires specifying the VSA and credentials that provide access to the Service Desk module.
