Enabling VSA SOAP API

To enable the VSA SOAP API:

• Display the System > Configure page in the VSA.
• Check the Enable VSA API Web Service checkbox.
• Access the VSA API web service using http://<your-KServer>/vsaWS/KaseyaWS.asmx

Note: The KSD SOAP API describes additional Service Desk API operations.
