Supported Operating Systems

For both admin machines and remote machines:

• Windows Server 2003 SP2, 2008, 2008 R2, 2012, 2012 R2, Windows Server Core 2012 (all 32 and 64 bit)
• Windows XP SP3, Vista, 7, 8, 8.1 (all 32 and 64 bit)
• Apple OS X 10.7.5, 10.8, 10.9

Note: Windows Server Core 2008 is not supported.

Note: Open UDP/TCP Outbound Port 3478 to optimize Kaseya Remote Control performance (recommended)

Endpoint Private Session Support

• Windows Server 2008, 2008 R2, 2012, 2012 R2, Windows Server Core 2012 (all 32 and 64 bit)
• Windows Vista, 7, 8, 8.1 (all 32 and 64 bit)

Terminal Server Shadow Support

• Windows Server 2008, 2008 R2, 2012, 2012 R2 (all 32 and 64 bit)
