Installing 6.5 Patch Releases On Premise

1. Rerun Kaseya Server Setup. On the system hosting your Kaseya Server click Start > All Programs > Kaseya > Kinstall.

   Note: A change has been made to enhance the security of the Kaseya product. The Kaseya Server installer now asks you for the SQL Server password each time you run the installer. This applies to installs, upgrades or patches.

2. Step through the installation wizard.
3. On the Kaseya VSA Server Upgrade Options page, select the first option.

4. On the Addon Installation wizard page, select the Kaseya Patch Process addon.

5. Complete the steps of the installation wizard.

   Note: Rerunning the installation will restart Kaseya services. Your VSA will be offline for 5 to 10 minutes, depending on the speed of your host environment.
