BMS (v3.9) - 8 July 2016

Administration Module

• A new "Kaseya v2" RMM Integration type for integrating the Kaseya VSA with Kaseya® BMS™ was added. This enables Kaseya® BMS™ to create and manage all Service Desk tickets for the VSA. For more information, see RMM Integration - Kaseya v2 in Kaseya® BMS™ documentation.
• You can now set a 'Is Default' option for one item in each list in the Admin > My Company > Lists page. Previously, the first item in the list served as the default list item.
• Custom fields now support two new field types: Numeric and Money.
• The Finance > Billing Configuration page includes the following changes:
  • The 'AR Account / GL Account' field was renamed 'Income Account'.
  • A new 'Expense Account' field was added.

Service Desk Module

• A new Batch Actions button was added to Service Desk > Tickets and My Tickets pages. It displays two options:
  • Current Page - Performs batch actions on tickets in the current page only.
  • All Pages (max 500) - Performs batch actions on tickets in the current search context, up to 500 tickets at a time.
• Clicking either option displays a 'Batch Tickets' wizard that steps you through the following choices:
  • Choose Tickets
  • Choose Operation - Update Tickets, Assign Tickets or Delete Tickets.

CRM Module

• Items added to a sales order that are not in inventory—identified as "Free Items", meaning non-inventory—are now displayed along with the inventory items when posting the sales order.
• You can now filter the Accounts search list page by whether the account is internal or external or either.

  Note: The internal CRM customer account is a feature that already exists in Kaseya® BMS™. It's created for you and matches your company name by default. Your internal CRM customer account is used when you ship inventory between warehouses.

• A new Email Domains tab was added to the CRM > Accounts page. You can use it to define multiple email domains for each accounts. The email parser uses these multiple email domains to correctly match emails with each customer account.

Home Module

• The My Tasks page now shows a 'Planned Hours' field.

Finance Module

• You can now filter the Invoices page by Project Name.

Inventory Module

• Finance account fields on the Manage Products page—the Expense Account and Income Account fields—now display a drop-down list of accounts to choose from.

Projects Module

• Completed projects no longer show by default when listing projects.

Reports Module

• AdHoc Reports now includes wages information when the Employee category is selected.
