For improved security, restrictions have been added to the kaseyasupport account used by Kaseya Support to troubleshoot issues by customer request. The kaseyasupport account can no longer create, delete, rename, reset password, or force a password change of user accounts. Nor can the kaseyasupport account add or remove roles or scopes. Portal Access now loads on machines with a long agent GUID. (IP-303/APPINF-1309)

Kaseya Server Setup
Fixed a validation issue that caused reapply schema to halt, showing the message: Fatal MessageSys Error: install/loaddb.sql. (IP-310/APPINF-1322)
Backup
This fix ensures the offsite backup server does not consume a client license. Contact Kaseya Support to clean up affected customer license counts. Requires reapply schema be run after the patch to apply this fix. (IP-293/SECBAK-1212)
