UI changes have been made to improve user experience with Quick View, Kaseya Remote Control and Live Connect as follows (IP-1773/AF-1583)
Clicking the Agent Status icon immediately launches a shared session of Kaseya Remote Control.
QuickView has a similar look, feel and behavior as it has in previous versions.
For a 9.3 agent, clicking the Live Connect button in the Quick View toolbar launches the new Live Connect window by default. For a 9.2 agent, Live Connect (Classic) is always launched.
For 9.3 agents, you can override the default setting and launch Live Connect (Classic) from Quick View using a new option in the System > Default Settings page: 'Use new Live Connect when clicking the Live Connect button in Quickview'. Set this to 'No'.
The previous Default Setting 'Use classic version of Live Connect and Quick View' has been removed.
You can now control VSA user access to new Live Connect menus and options based on the VSA user's assigned user roles. For a given user role, set Live Connect and Quick View options using the System > User Roles > Access Rights tab. Both apply to new Live Connect. (IP-1723/RC-1771)
