Directory Services 1.1 is enabled for SaaS deployment.

Unlock Account

Resetting a domain user's password using Directory Services now includes the option of unlocking the domain user's account.

Force Password Change

Resetting a domain user's password using Directory Services now includes the option of forcing the user to change the new password the next time the user logs on to the domain.

Domain Logon Formats

VSA users and Portal Access users can now logon using two additional domain logon formats:

• Email style logons - If an AD logon is enabled for a VSA user, including the @ symbol with the username in the user name field of the VSA logon page is interpreted as the delimiter for a domain name. For example, username@domain.com. Equivalent to using the domain/username format in the user name field, which is already supported.
• Fully qualified domain logons - Directory Services now accepts the entire domain name. Either format—domain.com/username or domain/username—can be used.
