The minimum date limitation for date of birth in Employee records has been removed.
The 'Users' security role was updated to allow access to quotes only, without requiring a link to a sales order. By default the 'Users' security role provides users with limited access: either view only, or view and modify on selected modules in the system.
Switched the order of the Description and Name columns in the Admin > Service Desk > Queues search page to be consistent with other modules.
Fixed an issue with saving security roles. Saves were taking too long and timing out.
Finance
When billing project charges, the project name now shows in generated invoices.
Fixed an issue with the Admin > Finance > Billing Configuration page showing incorrect items or duplicate items.
Adding a note to an invoice now updates two fields in Quickbooks: Memo and Invoice Message.
Fixed the parent/child items sync between QuickBooks and BMS. Initially it was not respecting the parent/child items relationships and creating them as one level.
Fixed an issue adding charges to project and tickets using the South African currency.
Fixed a slow display issue with the Finance > Dashboard page.
Home
Turned off appointment alerts on the Home > Dispatch Calendar page.
Inventory
Product searches now exclude 'Discontinued' products. A product is set to 'Discontinued' using the Inventory > Products > Manage Products > Options tab.
Changing the warehouse on purchase orders now changes the warehouse on corresponding receiving orders.
Reports
Added the primary key field pkSiteID to the Sites category in Ad-Hoc Reports, to support join queries in reports.
Added a new Project#/Ticket# field in Ad-Hoc reports to show the linked project # or ticket # when the Timeentries object is selected.
Service Desk
Fixed an issue with the HTML format of workflow email notifications for time entry notes.
Enhanced the speed of email parser processing and added a new Last ID check to speed up checking for new emails.
When clicking the Assign button while editing a ticket, if the Comments field is left empty and the status is changed, the status change is now saved.
Eliminated the creation of an unnecessary placeholder '--' note when clicking the Assign button in a ticket, assigning a new user, and not entering any Comments.
