Service Desk
An email sent using the notification tab in a ticket now displays the 'From' address specified in the Admin > Company Settings > Outbound Email > Business Email field.
A ticket created from an email that includes attachments, now includes those attachments in email notifications.
Workflows were updated to include attachments in email notifications when a note with attachments is added to a ticket.
The Home > My Tickets page now shows tickets as follows.
By default, you only see tickets assigned to you as Primary Assignee.
You can use search parameters to show tickets:
Assigned to you as a 'Secondary Assignee' or 'Created by Me' using the Ticket Owner parameter.
Assigned to you by queue using the Queue parameter.
Clearing the search list on the Home > My Tickets page returns the search list to the default view of tickets assigned to you as Primary Assignee.
Ticket numbering now uses the timezone of the company's main location to create the date portion of the ticket number.
Fixed an issue with font colors for ticket status rows on the Service Desk > Dashboard page not honoring the settings on the Admin > Service Desk > Ticket Status page.
