The marquee feature for this release is real time two-way calendar synchronization with Office 365, Exchange (on-premise), Outlook.com, Google and iCloud. Setup is quick and easy via Home > My Calendar > Calendar Sync. Calendar type can vary by Employee (e.g. one Employee can sync with Office 365, while another syncs with Google). Details on synced calendar items have been enhanced including Map, Ticket and Task links where appropriate. This cloud-to-cloud sync leverages the Cronofy Calendar API, and is included at no extra charge. While the Outlook Connector is still supported, we recommend using the new Calendar Sync instead so that calendars remain up to date even when Outlook is not running.
A new column and filter have been added to HR > Employees allowing you to view which Employees have the Calendar Sync enabled.
Enhanced the Ticket details shown on a TODO item added in Dispatch Calendar, and made sure TODO gets removed from My TODOs when deleted from the related ticket.
Customized descriptions on Quotes now flow through to the Contract.
For Workflow notifications, added the option to include Internal Notes.
Added a new Workflow condition field that targets Ticket Notes / Activity Details including those coming from email replies. For example, Workflow can be configured to close a Ticket if an Employee replies to a Ticket email notification and includes a token like 'CloseTicket' in the reply.
Added the ability to blank out primary assignees and queues in Workflows Update section.

On the Email Parser list, a column label was changed from "Last Time Checked" to "Last Time Email recieved" to more accurately reflect the meaning of this field. A separate column, "Last Time Run," shows the last time that the mailbox was checked for new emails.
