Individual Vaults
Individuals can now create vaults for their personal passwords. Passwords are added and managed in the user's Password Vaults page.
Add a New Individual Vault
Go to Password Vaults page.
Click the button in the bottom right corner.
Enter vault name in Display name field.
Enter description for your vault in Description field.
Select password policy for your vault in the Password Policy dropdown.
Click Add Vault.
Add a New Password to Individual Vault
Go to Password Vaults page.
Click the Mage button.
Click the button in the bottom right corner.
Fill in all necessary fields.
Click Add Password button.
OR
Go to Password Server > Vault Manager.
Select your individual vault from the list.
Click the button in the bottom right corner.
Fill in all necessary fields and click Add Password button.
Manage an Individual Vault
Go to Password Vaults page
Click the Manage button on the line with vault you want to manage.
The Manage page for your individual vault will open.
From here, you can manage the folders and vault name as well as manage the passwords in the vault.
Enhancements
Directory Manager
We have made some performance improvements as we continually look for ways to make the system faster and more reliable.
Agents
The publisher on our agents was updated to have the correct name and to be consistent across the agents.
Password Manager
Added an ability to select an admin group for a vault when creating a new vault. If there are no groups with permissions, no one will be able to create passwords until a group has been given access.
Added an ability to select an admin group for a vault when importing vaults from the OnPrem Password Server. If there are no groups with permissions, no one will be able to create passwords until a group has been given access.
Enhanced messaging for errors when importing too large vaults. If the file size is too large (4MB limit), you can split it into multiple files and retry.
Enhanced Password Reminder page. Expired SNMP passwords are shown on the Password Reminder page.
Bug Fixes
Directory Manager
Fixed an issue with phone number verification for all countries except USA and Canada: now at least 4 numbers must be typed to verify a phone number outside these countries.
Password Manager
Fixed an issue with setting the default number of days to expiration of password according to the Password Policy when creating a new password.
Fixed Agents filters issue showing Account Statuses not used. "Provisioned" status was removed from the list of states for Password Server agents.
Fixed an application error message for duplicate vault names to display a proper error message.
General
Updated End User License Agreement (EULA) to match current Kaseya End User License Agreement (EULA).
