This release includes UI improvements for Billing Automation, a new Dutch language option, workflow improvements for monitoring alarms, and a number of incremental enhancements. In addition, the release includes many behind the scenes improvements for performance and high availability.

Enhancements
This release adds the following enhancements:
Billing Automation - Enhanced the UI to bring attention to Job Schedule settings and their relation to the date range settings for billable items. Added a tooltip to clarify Job Schedule Date settings.
Accounts -
Import from Excel - Account import now supports the Service Type field.
Parent Tenant - Enhanced the performance of operations related to client accounts in child tenants.
Employees - Enhanced performance of the Edit Employees page to enable faster edits.
Languages - Dutch Language (Beta) can now be selected via Company Settings. The Dutch language is currently available as a Beta. Suggestions for translation improvement can be submitted via a Support Ticket.
Performance -
Enhanced system performance by upgrading a load balancing component. This enhancement also addresses an issue where the system could become overloaded and stop responding.
Optimized overall performance through database tuning.
Workflows - Added a new workflow condition called Occurrence Count. Use this condition to execute workflows or update a ticket's status based on changes in the ticket's Occurrence Count. Usage examples:
Duplicate alarms - Use to reopen a ticket when a VSA monitoring alarm reoccurs for a ticket that has already been closed.
Threshold reached - Use to execute a workflow and send notifications when the Occurrence Count reaches a certain threshold.
Fixes
This release adds the following bug fixes:
Ad-hoc Reports -
Fixed an issue with the data returned in the SLA Performance report. Data in the report now matches the ticket data in the system reports.
Exago - Fixed an issue where GL account codes did not display for ticket charge items.
Attachments - Fixed an issue where attachments in contracts and product quotations failed to open upon clicking Open Attachment.
AuthAnvil Authentication - Fixed an issue where adding AuthAnvil two-factor authentication to an existing account could interfere with a user's active session. If the administrator modified the account while the user was already logged in to an active session, the user would be logged out and could not log back in until the browser had been closed and reopened.
Continuum Integration - Fixed an issue where the RMM tab for Account Locations did not display in environments with more than one active integration.
Email Parser - Fixed an issue where emails were not being sent if this parser setting was selected: Send Email to Sender.
Live Connect - Fixed an issue where the user's Live Connect session could terminate unexpectedly after 30 minutes.
My Calendar - Corrected a typo in the My Calendar menu option in the local navigation bar.
My Timesheet & Project Tasks - Improved performance in cases where a single Project Task has many members with many time entries.
REST API - Fixed an issue with the Created By user in notes that were added to tickets via API. The BMS user that added the note now displays in the Created By field, rather than the generic System user.
RMM Integration - Accounts Synchronization and Assets Synchronization tabs - Fixed an issue where Filter by name did not work properly after paging through the list of accounts or assets.
Service Desk -
Dashboard - Fixed a session timeout issue that could interfere with the Service Desk Dashboard.
Batch Tickets - Fixed an issue where search by Ticket Owner did not return the correct data.
Trial License - Fixed an issue that prevented users from logging in upon activating or extending their trial license.
