AuthAnvil (1.0.42) - 23 October 2019

This release of AuthAnvil includes new functionalities for Device Trust in Hours and OAuth 2.0 Client, enhancements and bug fixes. See the topics below for details.

New Features

Authentication Policies

• Device Trust in Hours - Now you can add less than 1-day duration for Trusted Devices. Trust duration can be a combination of days and hours (e.g. 0 days 12 hours).

SSO Manager

• OAuth 2.0 Client - We added the OAuth 2.0 option for external applications to connect and use the AuthAnvil APIs. We also updated the Agents menu under Auth Manager to Agents/Clients.
  1. Go to Auth Manager > Agent/Clients page.
  2. Click the button in the bottom right corner.
  3. Select OAuth2 Client agent.
     
  4. Give your agent a name.
     
  5. Click Add Permissions and select the roles that the client should receive. This will define what functionality they will have access to in AuthAnvil.
     
     
     
  6. Click Add Agent.
  7. Go to Auth Manager > Agent/Clients page.
  8. Click on the OAuth2 Client in the list to manage your agent.

• Updated SAML options to be able to include the AD Domain and Security Group.

This release includes the following bug fixes:

Auth Manager

• Fixed an issue with Trusted Devices on Auth Manager page when days/hours are invalid, but the action button is enabled.

Authenticator

• Fixed an issue with AuthAnvil Authenticator mobile application when upgrading the Android version. Please update and open the application prior to updating the Android OS.

Directory Sync

• Fixed Directory Sync issue that caused the in-use license count to be off temporarily.
• Fixed an issue with the user who was unconnected from Active Directory was getting reconnected during the next full Directory Sync.

SSO Manager

• Fixed an issue with automatically logging in some application added through SSO Manager. The Web Workflow was fixed for 48 application:

Wistia

• Fixed an issue with AudienceURI which requires to have HTTP or HTTPS address.

License Manager

• Fixed an issue with License Allocation page should not show the organization dropdown.

Password Manager

• Fixed an issue where duplicate records were periodically appearing in the list on Individual Vault page.

Tenant Manager

• Fixed an issue with the License Manager role is not allowing the user to view and manage the licenses for the Tenant.
