In this release we are continuing the theme of enhanced security, this release features the ability to use and enforce Mult-Factor Authentication for some or all users. The release also includes improvements to the recent recurring service 'price-to-asset' feature, and a number of other enhancements and fixes.

New Features

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
Employee Users and Client Access Portal Users can now enable Multi-factor authentication (MFA) using an Authentication Application. Most OTP-compliant (one-time password) applications can be used, such as Google Authenticator, Authy, AuthAnvil and more. Setup is quick and easy via 'My Profile'. Many OTP-compliant applications are available for free, so this added layer of security as available at no extra charge.
Now Administrators can require users to login using Multi-factor authentication (MFA). This new capability can be used instead of, or in conjunction with, the SAML Single Sign-On (SSO) option that was released in v4.0.25. For those users who are not configured to use Single Sign-On (SSO), administrators can enforce the use of the new Multi-factor authentication (MFA) feature included in this release ensuring that all logins are protected by either an Identity Provider (IdP) via SAML Single Sign-On (SSO), or by built-in Multi-factor authentication (MFA).
Added an ability that allows administrators to audit which users are configured for SAML Single Sign-On (SSO) or Multi-factor authentication (MFA).

Recurring Service Contracts
It is now even easier to set up recurring service line-items with the new automated Billing (Price-to-Asset) feature added in the last release. A new 'Get Units Now' button allows you to get the current Agent count directly from the VSA when setting up a recurring service line item.
Recurring service contracts have a new notification option where email notifications will be sent any time recurring service units are changed. This is a good way to stay informed of automatic changes to recurring service units when using the new automated Billing (Price-to-Asset) feature.

SAML Single Sign-On (SSO)
Added support for SAML Single Sign-On (SSO) using Azure Active Directory.
Added an ability to join to Delivery Product Charges, Purchase Order Items, and Receiving Order Items. These joins could be used to create a monthly report of products, purchased each month by GL number with quantities, items received each month by GL number with quantities, and items delivered each month by GL number with quantities.
