New Features

Discovery and Network Monitor are now optionally integrated by network, based on a setting in Discovery.
The KNM service was upgraded to 64-bit to improve scalability and stability.
XP and Vista machines are no longer supported as gateway machines.
Upgrades from standalone instances of KNM are no longer supported.
