Service Desk

The Service Desk page specifies the service desk used to create tickets for Network Monitor generated alarms.

Procedure

  1. Display the Network Monitor > Service Desk page using the VSA navigation pane.
  2. Click New in the Service desks menu bar at the top of the Network Monitor page.
