Kaseya Server Setup can only upgrade from 6.3 and later versions of the VSA. If your version of the VSA is earlier than 6.3, check the Kaseya website for instructions on how to upgrade to 6.3 first. Then rerun Kaseya Server Setup. You can can also review the VSA v6.3 install and upgrade online help.
