Summary tab

• System Information - Lists system hardware attributes and related information.
• Network Information - Displays network configuration settings.
• Chassis - The chassis manufacturer, type, version, serial number and asset tag.
• Motherboard - The motherboard manufacturer, product, version, serial number and external bus speed.
• BIOS Information - The vendor, version and release date.
• CPU/RAM Information - Displays CPU and RAM specifications.
• Custom Fields - Displays custom fields and values assigned by the user to this machine.

Printers tab

Lists the printers and ports a machine can direct print jobs to.

The following information is displayed:

• Printer Name - The name of the printer on selected machine.
• Port - The port number.
• Model - The name of the printer model.

PCI & Disk Hardware tab

Displays type, vendor, and product names.

The following information is displayed:

• Edit Note - Allows add/edit note to the product class.
• Product Class - The name of a group of products.
• Vendor - The vendor name.
• Product - The system product name.
• Notes - Displays notes added to the product class.

Disk Volumes tab

Displays disk volume information.

• Drive - The name of the drive.
• Type - The type of the drive.
• Format - The format of the drive file system.
• Free Space - The free data storage space in gigabytes.
• Used Space - The used data storage space in gigabytes.
• Total Size - The total data storage space in gigabytes.
• Label - The unique name assigned to a drive.

Disk Partitions tab

Displays the partitions on each disk volume.

The following information is displayed:

• Partition Name - The name of partition of disk volume.
• Disk
• Type - The type of the disk file system.
• Size - The size of the partition.
• Frag - Displays the disk fragmentation.
• Primary - Displays if disk is primary.
• Bootable - Displays if disk is bootable.
• Active Boot - Displays if active boot is set up.

Disk Shares tab

Displays shared folders.

The following information is displayed:

• Share Name - The shared name of the folder.
• Type - The type of the shared folder.
• Path - Directory in which the folder is placed.
• Description - Description of the folder.
