Audit > View Individual Data > Machine Summary > Users tab

Note: This data will be displayed only for agents running Windows operating systems. It is not supported on macOS or Linux.

Accounts Tab

Lists all user accounts for the managed machine.

The following information is displayed:

• Logon Name - The name of the machine user currently logged into the machine.
• Full Name - The full name of the machine user within the organization.
• Description - Displays the description of the user account.
• Enabled - Displays if users account is enabled.
• Locked - Displays if users account is locked.
• PW Required - Displays if users account requires a password.
• Expired - Displays if users account is expired.
• Changeable - Displays if users account is changeable.

Groups tab

Lists all user groups for the managed machine.

The following information is displayed:

• Group Name - The name of the user group.
• Description - Displays the description of the user group.

Members tab

Identifies the users belonging to each user group for the managed machine.

The following information is displayed:

• Group Name - The name of the member group.
