Info Center Overview

The Info Center module serves as the business intelligence center for Kaseya 2 VSA. It enables to:

Generate an receive system notifications with other VSA users using Inbox.
Display, provide access, define and schedule reports or sets of reports using Reporting folder.
Create and customize report templates and report parts using Configure & Design section.
See current status of all agent machines a user is authorized to see, machine metrics using Dashboard section.

Functions	Description
Inbox	Generate an receive system notifications with other VSA users.
Schedule	Schedule a report and its recurrence.
Reports	Create custom or legacy reports.
Report Sets	Create a set of reports.
Report Templates	Create and customize report templates defining settings for the content, layout and file format.
Report Parts	Customize content and layout of a report template or report definition.
Name Value Parts	Create a custom data set that returns a single value from the SQL database at the time a report is published.
Cover Page, Header, Footer	Define presentation elements that are independent of the data displayed in the report.
Defaults	Set defaults for report definitions.
Report Images	Specify a report image to add to a report.
Management Dashboard	Shows the current status of all agent machines a VSA user is authorized to see.
Dashboard List	Displaying monitoring data, including alerts and alarms.
Settings	Enables to customize controls for dashlets.
