IIS Application Pools

The Kaseya Server requires application pool be configured.

1. Open Explorer.
2. In the Explorer address bar, navigate to Control Panel\System and Security\Administrative Tools
3. Click Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager.
4. Select Application Pools.
5. Add the following items:

• ASP.NET v4.0
  • Name - ASP.NET v4.0
  • .NET Framework Version - v4.0
  • Managed Pipeline Mode - Integrated
  • Identity - ApplicationPoolIdentity
