Integration Options in Service Desk

Service Desk can be integrated with several other Kaseya modules. The following are standard options.

• Migrating Tickets from the Ticketing Module
• Integrating Service Desk and Live Connect
• Time Tracking and Service Desk
• Task Information - Enables the creation and management of tasks within a Service Desk ticket.
• Service Billing Integration - Enables hours worked in a Service Desk ticket to be billed in the Service Billing module.

Note: The Service Billing Integration and Task Information options cannot be used together within the same service desk.
