The Service Desk folder contains functions that create and maintain service desk definitions and knowledge base definitions:

• Setup provides you with a set of sample service desks to quickstart your implementation of Service Desk.
• Definitions define the structure of each service desk and knowledge base, and determine how tickets and KB articles are scheduled for automated processing.
