Use these policies to control if the user requires a PIN and how often the user must enter the PIN and password.
Mobile access requires PIN entry:
Only if enabled by user
With this option the user is not required to use a PIN with the BYOD Suite client. They can create a PIN if they wish. If used they user will need to enter the PIN whenever the application is activated.
Whenever application is activated
With this option the user must create a PIN in order to access the gateway. Once created the user must enter the PIN whenever the application is activated.
After 1 minute inactive
With this option the user must create a PIN in order to access the gateway. Once created the user must enter the PIN whenever the application is activated after 1 minute of inactivity.
After 5 minutes inactive
With this option the user must create a PIN in order to access the gateway. Once created the user must enter the PIN whenever the application is activated after 5 minutes of inactivity.
After 15 minutes inactive
With this option the user must create a PIN in order to access the gateway. Once created the user must enter the PIN whenever the application is activated after 15 minutes of inactivity.
After 1 hour inactive
With this option the user must create a PIN in order to access the gateway. Once created the user must enter the PIN whenever the application is activated after 1 hour of inactivity.
After 4 hours inactive
With this option the user must create a PIN in order to access the gateway. Once created the user must enter the PIN whenever the application is activated after 4 hours of inactivity.
Mobile access requires password entry every:
15 minutes
With this option the user must re-enter their password after 15 minutes of inactivity.
30 minutes
With this option the user must re-enter their password after 30 minutes of inactivity.
1 hour
With this option the user must re-enter their password after 1 hour of inactivity.
2 hours
With this option the user must re-enter their password after 2 hours of inactivity.
4 hours
With this option the user must re-enter their password after 4 hours of inactivity.
8 hours
With this option the user must re-enter their password after 8 hours of inactivity.
24 hours
With this option the user must re-enter their password after 24 hours of inactivity.
2 days
With this option the user must re-enter their password after 2 days of inactivity.
4 days
With this option the user must re-enter their password after 4 days of inactivity.
