Email/Open/Save Policies
Use these policies to control if the user can email, open or save content retrieved from the gateway.
- Users may email item content to others:
- Yes
- With this option the user is allowed to email content from the secure container.
- No
- With this option the user is not allowed to email content from the secure container.
- Users may open item content with other device apps:
- Yes
- With this option the user is allowed to open files with applications outside the secure container.
- No
- With this option the user is not allowed to open files with applications outsider the secure container.
- Users may save images to device's photo library:
