Any unassigned service calls you create can now be accessed using the Home > My Service Calls page.
Notification emails sent for ticket notes now include attachments.
Ticket notes also now show the actual sender of the note.

Projects Module
Added Members as a search filter field to the All Tasks page.
Enhanced the inline editing of tasks to prevent updating multiple tasks at the same time.
When copying a template project using the Service Desk > Template Projects page, the attachments linked to the template project are now copied to the new project.
Finance Module
Added the ability to show/hide zero value hours for fixed price and recurring services in the Finance > Billing Review > Labor Hours page. This option is configured using the Admin > My Company > Company Settings > Invoice tab.
Added the option on the Admin > Finance > Sales Tax Items page to create a tax group that consists of multiple tax Items. Invoices now can be linked to a tax group or tax item.
Administration Module
Added a new Admin > My Company > Single Sign On page. Use this page to enable/disable single sign on integration with with a single sign on server.
Admin > My Company > Locations now provide Date Format and Time Format options.
