The Home > My Timesheet > 'Notes' tab was renamed 'Internal Notes', to make it clear notes added to this tab are not shown to clients.
Service Desk
Added the Contact field as a search parameter to the Service Desk > Assets Management > Hardware Assets page.
Added the address of the customer account location to printouts of service desk tickets.
When a client sends in an email to create a ticket, the system now responds with a 'Reply All' email message instead of a "Reply" message.
You can now update a ticket linked to an inactive contract.
Added the ability to set the text foreground color for a specific ticket status. This option is set using the Admin > Service Desk > Ticket Statuses page.
Reports
Added Hardware Assets and Software Assets to the Report > Ad Hoc Reports page.
Added a new 'Report Logo' option to the Admin > Company Settings > General tab. This option affects all reports and forms that support showing a logo. This is a separate option from the 'Logo' option used to display a logo in the user interface.
VSA Integration
Batch closing of VSA integrated tickets now closes the associated alarms in the VSA.
Fixed an issue with the new line format in the Ticket Description field of monitoring alert tickets created from an integrated VSA.
