Fixed an issue with the Help icon masking other options when the web page was resized.
Finance
You can now customize the default future date shown by the 'Default End Date' search field on the Finance > Billing Review page. This same change also applies to the 'To Date' search field on the Finance > Billing page. Use the new Admin > Company Settings > Invoice tab > Billing End Date option to adjust this default.
Added a new 'Payments' tab to the Finance > Quick Books Sync page. Use this tab to sync payments from your Online QuickBooks account.
Added four new settings to the Admin > My Company > Company Settings > Invoice tab:
Show VAT Number - If Yes, a VAT identifier displays on printable documents.
VAT Number Text - Specifies the string portion of the VAT identifier shown on printable documents.
VAT Number - Specifies the numerical portion of the VAT identifier shown on printable documents.
Invoice Title - Customizes the title at the top of the invoice. The default is 'Invoice'.
Importing data using QuickBooks Sync now updates the CRM > Accounts > (selected account) > Net Days field. This value comes from the Quickbooks > (selected customer) > Payments and Billing > Terms field.
HR
Fixed a JavaScript error that displayed after clicking the HR > Employees > (selected employee) > 'Reset and Email Password' option.
Service Desk
Fixed a bug related to clicking the 'Save and Add New' button in the task dialog. The new task dialog that opened was blocked and the user could not save the new task.
Entering changes in projects and tasks now refresh only the changed records or rows, instead of refreshing the entire screen or grid. This greatly improves performance, especially in situations where there is high network latency.
Added a new 'Reply to' option to the Admin > Service Desk > Email Parser > (selected email parser) > Notifications > Notify Sender section. The option has two settings:
Sender - Sends reply email only to the sender of the original inbound email.
All (CC) - Sends reply email to all email recipients, including recipients copied (CC) on the original inbound email.
Completed tickets are no longer included in the list of overdue tickets shown when you click the Overdue Count icon on the Tickets dashboard.
Fixed an issue with custom fields not working on tasks when you accessed the task from the Home > My Tasks list page.
Added two new fields to an email template based on the Service Desk module.
Prim Tech Email
Contact Email
These email recipients can be automatically notified based on a triggered event in a workflow. Email templates are configured using the Admin > Business Process > Email Templates page.
Fixed an issue with the display of ticket notes caused by incorrect HTML formatting in inbound emails.
Reports
Added two options to the Reports > Ad-Hoc Reports page, enabling you to export and import any Ad Hoc report.
Download - Right-click a selected Ad-Hoc report and click the Download option to export the report.
Upload - Imports a previously exported Ad Hoc report with a '.wr' extension.
Fixed a bug in the 'Profit and Loss Summary by Project' report. Decimals were not showing correctly.
