Admin
- Fixed an issue sorting custom fields after v3.11.1.
CRM
- Taxes are now calculated and included for fixed price items on service quotations.
- You can now enter a decimal value for a product item in the QTY field for a service quotation.
- Services are now listed in alphabetical order when selecting a service to add to a service quotation.
Finance
- Fixed an issue with syncing reimbursements using QuickBooks Sync.
- Fixed an issue with syncing items containing special characters using QuickBooks Sync.
Service Desk
- Fixed an issue that prevented the Admin > Business Process > Workflow > 'Idle For' trigger to not fire when the ticket was attached to an SLA.
- Fixed an email parser issue creating a ticket when the email's attachment was not valid. Now the ticket is created without the broken attachment.
- Fixed an issue stopping the SLA timer, after creating a ticket and manually setting the Status to 'Waiting For Customer'.
- Fixed the display of tickets created using the email parser, when notes were added.
RMM Integration
- Fixed a paging issue on the Admin > Service Desk > RMM Integration Settings > New RMM Integration Settings > Accounts Synchonization > Import Accounts section.
