This release continues our focus on architecture, performance, and feature improvements, including a number of enhancements to reporting.

Enhancements
This release adds the following enhancements:
Ad-hoc Reports - For contracts, an Is Default field now displays, indicating whether the contract is company's default.
Ad-hoc Reports - The Function Editor now has the ability to check if one string contains another.
Ad-hoc Reports - Added these fields for creating reports that include charges: Is Billed and Is Posted.
Ad-hoc Reports - For Report Schedules, you can now set the Time Zone Basis to server timezone or user timezone.
Note: Changing this setting may change the time for currently scheduled reports. When changing this setting, be sure to review and adjust existing report schedules as necessary.
Reports - Added two new reports: Average Resolution by Queue and Tickets Open by Age.
Service Desk > Asset Management > Hardware Assets - Added a Last Updated field to indicate how recently the asset's hardware details have been updated. This is an important consideration for ticket troubleshooting.
Support User - You can now include a note when activating a Support User.
Banner - The release banner includes a reminder about the BMS Certification program at Connect IT in Las Vegas.
Fixes
This release includes the following bug fixes:
Ad-hoc Reports - Fixed a performance issue that caused the User Activity report to time out.
BMS APIs - Fixed an issue where creating tickets by using APIs could remove BMS account details, such as Currency, Website, Tax Settings, Description, Credit Limit, and Net Days.
Continuum Integration - Fixed an issue where the ticket owner could not be changed.
CRM -
Dispatch Calendar - Fixed an issue where clicking Today could display the wrong date.
Dashboard - Fixed an issue where the Opportunity Pipeline Value displayed incorrect data. (The same data would display for Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly.)
Finance - Billing Review > Labor Hours - Fixed a page number display issue . After posting an item, you are returned to page 1. If the item was posted from a subsequent page, the contents of page 1 would display but the page number was incorrect.
Imports and Exports > Import Data - Fixed an issue with importing accounts where billing information was not being imported.
Inventory - Fixed an issue where a product's tax rate was not applied when posting Sales Orders. The tax rate in the resulting Purchase Order was set to 0.00%.
My Tasks - Fixed an issue where opening a Milestone Task erroneously displayed the Time Logs tab.
Navigation menu - Fixed a display issue where the Settings link did not remain in a fixed location while scrolling through the menu.
Outlook Integration - HTML Tags are now removed when syncing meetings from BMS.
Products - Deliver Product Charges page - Fixed an issue where the default view was not listing all records.
QuickBooks Integration - Fixed an issue where expense reimbursements were not being synced from QuickBooks correctly.
REST API -
When posting a Retainer by Hours contract that does not support contract hours and has no average rate specified, the API now calculates and applies a default average rate.
Fixed an issue where PUT Recurring Services Contract was not updating the billing periods.
Fixed an issue where recurring services were not being created in some cases when using PUT/POST Recurring Services.
Reports - The Project By Status Chart icon has been removed from the system reports to fix an issue that caused PDF export to fail.
RMM Integration - Fixed an issue where duplicate contracts could be created in BMS when connecting to BMS from the VSA by using the VSA Agent Portal.
Service Quotations - Fixed an error with selecting a subsequent product after clicking Clear Search.
Tickets -
Fixed an issue where tickets were not being formatted correctly if they contained HTML syntax errors (such as a missing closing tag).
Fixed an issue with using a template to add a time log. When selecting a template in the From Template list, an error occurred and the log could not be added.
Fixed an issue where the Sender name in an email could display as Unknown if the Contact Name matched the email address and the From Name was empty.
Fixed an issue with Recurring Master Tickets that are configured with the Create Ticket Incrementally option. If the master ticket is deleted before all ticket occurrences have run, tickets would continue to be created for the remaining occurrences.
Fixed an issue that could cause additional workflows to be triggered when a ticket was created.
Fixed an issue where a Read Only Scope was not preventing ticket edits in some situations.
