Enhancements
This release adds the following enhancements:
IT Glue Integration -
You can now edit Contact and Location Notes directly from BMS.
For Accounts, upcoming expirations are displayed within BMS, with deep links to IT Glue.
UI - The Gateway Login page can now be configured with a custom background graphic and dedicated logo, allowing you to bring increased awareness to your company brand.
Ad-hoc Reports -
The report writer now includes the physical location field for hardware assets.
Expense entries now include the Mark Up Amount per expense.
Calendar Sync - A truncation limit has been added for Text Events based on Cronofy API.
CRM - Added templates that enable quotations to be printed with and without discounts.
Finance Dashboard - Added the ability to sort by Upcoming Expiry Contracts.
Invoices - Added a Company Settings option to select whether to calculate invoice amounts to two or three decimal places in printed invoices.
REST API - APIs have been updated to take Default Order as the primary key of the DTO if no order is returned from the calls.
RMM Integration - Added the ability to configure VSA RMM integration to include or skip the VSA Warranty Field.
Tickets -
Added an Unknown Reason Field to note why a ticket is unknown.
Batch Actions - Added the ability to discard Queue or Primary Assignee changes.
VOIP Integration -
When a new Ticket is created based on an inbound call, the Ticket Source is automatically set to Phone.
The Cytracom logo and dialog have been updated for brand compliance.
Cytracom now validates authentication tokens for disabled users.
Workflows - You can now select Anyone except Employees for Activity Added By.
Fixes
This release includes the following bug fixes:
Accounts - The Location Name in Update Account Location now accepts up to 255 characters.
Ad-hoc Reports - The P&L operator in System Reports is now greater than and less than.
Billing Review - Fixed an error in the Labor Hours specific view.
Client Portal - Fixed an issue where new contacts could not log in after registering.
Dispatch Calendar - Fixed an issue where the wrong day displayed when selecting Day View.
Email Parser - Fixed an issue where tickets were created as Unknown if the CRM contact contained both an active and an inactive email. Tickets are now assigned the active contact.
Imports - Fixed an error that displayed when trying to import an account with only the required fields.
Invoices - The salutation in the default email template has been updated from Dear Sir to Dear Sir/Madam.
IT Glue Integration - Fixed an integer setting that was causing casting issues in BMS. This corrects the situation where IT Glue Integration was not working for customers using an IT Glue instance under eu.itglue.com.
Products -
Product Quotation - Fixed an issue with Euro currency where quote amounts were generated incorrectly.
Fixed an issue with bundled items where the Deliver functionality showed an incorrect number for QTY in Stock.
Project Management - Fixed an issue where members could not be added to sub tasks.
REST API - Fixed an issue where the Products REST API returned an error when attempting to search by CreatedOn date.
Tickets -
Fixed an issue where duplicate ticket numbers were created from the Parent to Child Tenants if the timezones were overlapping.
Recurring Tickets - Cannot set Enable Scheduler to No if the Start date is not equal to the Current date.
UI -
Fixed an issue on iOS / iPad (Chrome) where top bar options did not display.
Fixed a performance issue in the new UI that was caused by unneeded calls to a stored procedure.
VOIP Integration - Fixed an issue where Contact Phone numbers containing formatting characters did not match inbound calls.
Workflows - Fixed an issue where workflows were not processing idle tickets that were created with a date older than 15 Days.
