Add Passcode to Secure Browser

Secure Browser can be configured to require a passcode every time you launch the app. Refer to the appropriate section below for instructions on requiring a passcode on the mobile device you are using. A BYOD gateway can require Secure Browser to set a passcode before accessing the gateway. If the gateway requires a passcode you will be prompted to create a passcode the first time you attempt to connect to the gateway.

iOS Turn Passcode On

iOS devices allow Passcode to be set using the touch screen. From the Sites page select the lock icon in the lower left section of the screen. Select Turn Passcode On. You will be prompted to enter a passcode twice to confirm your passcode. Once you enter a passcode you will be required to enter this passcode every time you launch the Secure Browser app.

Android Turn Passcode On

Android devices allow the Passcode to be set using the Menu physical button. From the Sites page select the Menu button then select Settings. Select Create Passcode. You will be prompted to enter a passcode twice to confirm your passcode. Once you enter a passcode you will be required to enter this passcode every time you launch the Secure Browser app.
