Delete BYOD gateway from Your Site List

Secure Browser only supports one BYOD gateway in the Sites list at a time. If the wrong BYOD gateway displays in the Sites list, you'll have to delete it before you can add the BYOD gateway you want to connect to.

Click Edit to delete a gateway already in the list.

Note:The Secure Docs and Secure Mail apps use the gateway configuration used in the Secure Browser. Before deleting your gateway connection from Secure Browser make sure you no longer need that gateway connection for your Secure Docs or Secure Mail apps.

iOS Delete Site

iOS devices include:

• iPhone and iPod Touch (iOS 5 or higher)
• iPad (iOS 5 or higher)

iOS devices allow sites to be deleted using the touch screen. From the Sites page select Edit. This allows you to select your gateway and then select Delete to confirm the deletion.

Android Delete Site

Android devices include:

• Android devices (Carrier supported OS 2.3 or higher)

Android devices allow sites to be deleted using the touch screen. From the Sites page select and hold the BYOD gateway site name you want to delete. Select Delete to confirm the deletion.
