Add BYOD gateway to Your Site List

The first time you start Secure Browser you will receive the following prompt:

Note: If Secure Browser immediately shows you the Sites list, you may need to delete the existing site before adding the correct one you want to connect to. See Delete BYOD gateway from Your Site List.

1. Select Login to New Site to learn how to stay connected to the office.
2. Enter the Access code, User name and Password provided your BYOD gateway administrator.
   • The user name and password are case sensitive.
   • It is possible to configure the BYOD gateway to use your Windows password or to define a new BYOD gateway password.
   • User credentials can be configured to use the user's Windows password or change the user's BYOD password.

   

   The BYOD gateway site now displays in the Secure Browser Sites list.

3. Click the BYOD gateway site to navigate to the files and folders configured for that gateway.

4. Optionally select the blue chevron to the right of the gateway name to see support information about this gateway.

   Note: This feature is currently only supported on iOS devices.
