Planning your security configuration begins by answering the following questions:
What are the organizations you want to create?
What are the admin groups you want to create to administrate those organizations?
Which admin groups will administrate which organization ?
Which administrative users will belong to each admin group?
Answering these questions will help you determine the number of admin classes and user classes you will need to create.

Unless you have business reasons for not doing so, Kaseya recommends the following:
An organization should be created for each customer organization. You may need to create more than one organizations for larger organizations.
Service providers should be defined as administrative users. Administrative users manage the permissions of organization users and typically administrate multiple organization.
