The Two-Way Sync feature allows to track all the updates to TV organization or BMS accounts and reflects these updates if an event triggered BMS ticket creation.
The BMS ticket creation is triggered when the Traverse Action Profile is assigned to a test, and the test changes state to the Warning/Critical/Unknown or returns to the OK state. The following logic is implemented:
BMS integration toggle is enabled on Superuser > Global Config > Integration settings.
The Kaseya BMS integration panel is displayed. The panel contains the following tabs.
The Connection Properties page has to be filled in order to proceed to Settings and Mappings.
Test Now feature is removed since by clicking Next the connection is validated and if the handshake fails an error is displayed.

Mappings tab represents a set of 3 blocks:
Traverse departments can be mapped by name with BMS accounts if their names are the same (case insensitive) : without selecting departments/accounts click Map by name. mapped pairs will appear in the Department/Account section.
To map items the way you want, Tick desirable check boxes and click Map selected. The mapped pairs will appear in the Department/Account section.
If the BMS account list is empty, go to BMS >CRM>Accounts and add one.
To remove the mapping tick 1-2, multiple or main checkbox and click Unmap selected.
It’s also possible to filter departments/accounts/mappings by name in the corresponding field.
