Software Assets

The Software Assets page registers software owned by the client and located at a client location. Software assets can be added using this page, or by adding a charge to a ticket.

Adding Software Assets

  1. Select the Service Desk > Asset Management > Software Assets page.
  2. Click New.
  3. Enter the following in the Software Asset tab.
  4. Click the following in the Software License tab.
  5. Click the Custom Fields tab.
  6. Click Save.

Importing Software Assets

Note:If there are two or more identical Asset names of the same type of software, PulsewayPSA creates a master record and then enters each license under the ‘Software License’ tab.
