IIS Application Pools

The Kaseya Server requires two application pools be configured.

1. Open Explorer.
2. In the Explorer address bar, navigate to Control Panel\System and Security\Administrative Tools
3. Click Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager.
4. Select Application Pools.
5. Add the following items:
   • DefaultAppPool
     • Name - DefaultAppPool
     • .NET Framework Version - v2.0
     • Managed Pipeline Mode - Classic
     • Identity - ApplicationPoolIdentity
   • ASP.NET v4.0
     • Name - ASP.NET v4.0
     • .NET Framework Version - v4.0
     • Managed Pipeline Mode - Integrated
     • Identity - ApplicationPoolIdentity
