The Linux agent only supports Intel-based machines. SUSE Linux Enterprise (11, 12), OpenSUSE Leap 42.3, CentOS (6, 7), Red Hat Enterprise Linux (6, 7), and Ubuntu (12.04 LTS, 14.04 LTS, 16.04 LTS) are supported as headless agents. User interface based agent procedures will not work.
TCP/IP Outbound Port 5721. Agents connect to the Kaseya Server on port 5721. This port assignment may be changed by the administrator.

The following Windows versions are no longer supported by Microsoft:
Windows XP (support ended April 2014)
Windows Server 2003 (support ended July 2015)
Windows Vista (support ended April 2017)
The Kaseya agent may be installed on these versions but support will not be provided for OS specific issues.
