Live Connect Requirements

Live Connect App

Connects with all Windows and Apple supported agents. You can install the Live Connect app on:

• Microsoft Windows Windows 7 or later
• Apple OS X 10.7.5 Intel or later

You cannot install the Live Connect app on Linux.

Live Connect (Classic)

Connects with all Windows and Apple supported agents.

Note: Chrome has retired support of NPAPI beginning with v45. As Kaseya Live Connect (Classic) currently requires NPAPI, Live Connect (Classic) will not be available in Chrome v45 and later. See the Kaseya knowledge base for additional detail and alternative options for accessing Live Connect (Classic).

Live Connect Mobile

• Chrome on Android 4.4.(KitKat) and later
• Safari on iOS 7 and later
• All supported computer browsers except Internet Explorer.

Live Connect on Demand

• Target machines must have internet access.

Bandwidth Requirements

Bandwidth requirements can vary widely, depending on the functions used. Remote desktop and file transfers can potentially consume large amounts of bandwidth, depending on screen resolution, complexity and file size.
